Nest III is the final edition in the NEST series at Lawson and offers 39 stylish villas with four different layouts, including six freestanding homes. The sleek, white cubes with black-framed windows and timber cladding give you a glimpse of the modern design within.

Spaciousness is central to the design of these villas and is articulated through considered features such as high ceilings in the living areas and glass balustrades.

Outdoor spaces are also generous, with all properties including a north-facing courtyard and some with front courtyards to the south for cool escapes in warmer months. The freestanding homes include balconies off the north-facing master and upstairs bedrooms. The large master bedrooms include built-in robes and ensuites. Floor-to-ceiling tiling in all bathrooms give that luxe feel, as do the freestanding bath and stunning finishes.

Kitchen design includes stone benchtops, maximised storage space and Miele appliances, for the discerning home chef. Villas come with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning with zoning for added comfort and include a minimum of one parking space, with some providing up to three spaces.

Location

The suburb, named after poet and writer, Henry Lawson, is nestled on the gentle slopes of Reservoir Hill. NEST III wraps around three streets in Lawson’s centre: Stockman Avenue, Toorale and Narambla Terraces. A short stroll up or down the hill will land you in nature, with sweeping views across Lake Ginninderra and the ranges.

Lawson is directly opposite the University of Canberra and a short drive away from several major medical, educational and sporting facilities including: University of Canberra Hospital, Calvary Hospital, the Australian Institute of Sport, Radford College, Canberra Institute of Technology and Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre.

Residents are spoiled for choice with Westfield Belconnen, Gungahlin Town Centre and the City all within a 15-minute drive.
