The third instalment in the revitalised Bruce precinct is now 99% sold. The project received conditional DA approval in March, bringing us one step closer to commencing construction. IVES will deliver 32 two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, each with a minimum 6-star energy rating. Communal and private green spaces will provide space to roam and relax, while at ground level a mix of retail, food and beverage, and commercial offices will create a vibrant hub for the burgeoning community.
