TP Dynamics is excited to announce it has taken over the mixed-use development on the Canopus Crescent site between Menkar Close and Atalumba Close, Giralang.

The rebranded G+ includes space for a 1,000m² supermarket and supporting retail. The upper 3 levels of the 4-storey development will house 50 apartments and lofts of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.

Our goal is to revitalise the site of the old Giralang Shopping Centre and deliver greater amenity to the local community. We are already in discussions with several prospective tenants and a café is a high priority for the area.

Connectivity is a key consideration for G+. The vibrant local shopping and residential precinct will work in harmony with surrounding community facilities, parking and the nearby Giralang Primary School.

G+ is being developed in accordance with the existing approved Development Application. Completion is expected by the middle of 2024.
