Dickson Village

Early in 2021, Dickson Village (ACT) Pty Ltd procured the site from Coles and TP Dynamics are delivering this exciting new mixed-use precinct in Dickson.

Dickson Village will significantly enhance the existing Dickson group centre. The development includes a Coles supermarket and Liquorland on the ground floor plus additional retail opportunities to service the growing Inner North neighbourhood. Two levels of basement parking accommodating approximately 450 vehicles will substantially improve access to the precinct, meaning greater convenience for shoppers.

The mixed-use precinct has been thoughtfully designed to create a new central plaza for Dickson, ensuring ease of pedestrian movement between the existing Dickson Square precinct and Library.

About Dickson Village

As Inner North residents can attest, Dickson is already a bustling shopping precinct with a vibrant ‘eat street’ and a wealth of amenity. With the surrounding population growth comes an increased demand for services and variety. The addition of the new full-line Coles and Liquorland will ensure that Inner North residents have access to more choice, good value and even greater amenity.

As its name suggests, Dickson Village is about more than just a straight commercial offering. Completing the development will be 140 residential apartments over 5 levels facing Antill St, with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences. A landscaped podium at Level 2 is located above a single level of secure parking for the residential apartments.

Current completion is set for September 2023. More information on the residential offering will be available soon.

Dickson Village is being developed on Block 21 Section 30 Dickson in the Dickson group centre. The site comprises the car park opposite McDonalds, Woolworths and the Dickson Library in Dickson Place and is bounded by Antill St and Badham St on the north-western side, and by Dickson Square on the south-eastern side.
