RISE and IVES represent our second and third stages of the Bruce redevelopment project. Once complete, the precinct will boast a variety of retail and commercial offerings including a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and more. Set back from the ground floor public spaces, RISE and IVES will deliver a selection of residences with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, ensuring everyone is catered for.
