TP Dynamics is opening up an evening at the Newlyne Experience Centre on Thursday 4 June 2026, dedicated to people taking their first step into the Canberra market. Whether you are early in your research or close to making a decision, the night is built to make that step feel possible.

The conversation will also cover the ACT first home buyer schemes, including stamp duty concessions and other support available to eligible buyers.

You will be able to explore the display at your own pace, view floor plans for Moire and Mattone, hear from a financing expert, and speak directly with our team about what fits your situation. Catered food and drinks will keep the evening relaxed, and the team will be on hand to answer questions throughout.
