Every precinct has a moment before it belongs to everyone, and this is ours.

The Newlyne precinct is a layered piece of Canberra. Apartments at Moire, apartments at Mattone, artisanal townhomes at Mason, retirement living at Sense of Yowani, and a wellness precinct and health hub all sharing the same neighbourhood, with a Green Star Communities rating on the horizon. There is plenty to talk through, and the best way to do that is to bring people into the room.

Earlier this year we hosted our first Q&A evening at the Moiré display. Buyers, neighbours and curious locals filled the suite, with questions ranging from staging and settlement timelines to landscaping, finishes and the wellness amenities to come. The room was warm, the conversation was generous, and the team came away with a long list of useful threads to follow.

WELCOMING OUR OVERSEAS BUYERS

A few weeks later we welcomed a group of overseas buyers into the display for a dedicated walkthrough. The scale model became the centrepiece, with our team taking guests through orientation, finishes and the staging of Moiré, Mattone and Mason, lot by lot. The turnout was strong, the questions were sharp, and several conversations have already moved on to next steps
