Construction commences at Sense of Yowani with sod-turning celebration

On 17th September, TP Dynamics proudly celebrated the official sod-turning of Sense of Yowani, the premium retirement living community within the transformative Newlyne precinct in Lyneham.

The ceremony was attended by future residents, along with John McCullagh, President of Yowani Country Club, and Tony Pan, Managing Director of TP Dynamics, who together marked this exciting milestone.

Sense of Yowani will deliver a new standard of retirement living in Canberra, featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments alongside a suite of resort-style amenities such as a wellness centre, indoor pool, gym, community gardens, library and business centre.

The project forms a key part of the Newlyne masterplan, which will revitalise part of Yowani’s land into a large-scale residential and mixed-use community while retaining the golf course and introducing a modern clubhouse.

As both neighbour and partner, Yowani Country Club is central to the creation of Newlyne, ensuring this landmark precinct is built around community, lifestyle and connection.

Construction of Sense of Yowani is now underway, with completion scheduled for early 2027.
