Denman Prospect Stage 3

The ACT Government has appointed TP Dynamics to deliver Stage 3 of Denman Prospect in the Molonglo Valley, marking the final phase of development for the suburb. The appointment follows a competitive tender process managed by the Suburban Land Agency.

Stage 3 covers a 40-hectare site bounded by John Gorton Drive, Holborow Avenue and the Molonglo River Reserve, adjacent to the future Molonglo Town Centre. Subject to planning approvals, construction is expected to commence in 2027.

Stage 3 will deliver up to 2,950 high- and medium-density dwellings, contributing to the ACT Government’s target of 30,000 new homes by 2030.

The development will feature a mix of residential, mixed-use, community facility and urban open space zoning and, consistent with earlier stages, will be gas-free with underground power.
