An exciting new chapter is unfolding in Lyneham, with construction well underway on the highly anticipated Yowani Country Golf Clubhouse.
This significant upgrade will deliver a contemporary new space for members and guests alike, complete with a stylish sports bar, full-service restaurant and versatile event spaces designed to accommodate everything from casual gatherings through to formal celebrations. Whether you’re unwinding after a round or hosting a private function, the new clubhouse will offer an elevated yet welcoming experience.
Strategically positioned beside Next Gen and adjacent to some of Canberra’s other main sporting facilities, the clubhouse’s new location enhances its connectivity and prominence within the precinct. This shift will create stronger links between golf, health and recreation, reinforcing Yowani’s role as a destination for both sport and social connection.
With lead-in services now complete and the structural framework established, the new clubhouse is quickly taking shape. The roof is now in place, and the building has been fully sarked – a major milestone that marks the transition from external works to interior progress.
Fit-out works are now underway, with internal spaces starting to form. These include the bar, restaurant, kitchen and communal areas, as well as key back-of-house amenities. As the interior build gains momentum, each stage brings the clubhouse closer to its final form.
