Introducing Newlyne

Newlyne is a vibrant new precinct along Canberra’s main entry axis, occupying the old Yowani clubhouse site on Northbourne Avenue.

The project will be split into three stages with the first consisting of eight buildings including townhouses, apartments, retail and commercial spaces.

A central parkland will link the precinct and provide a beautiful green meeting place for residents and visitors alike.

Newlyne’s unique design mix responds to the existing landscape, following the curve of Sullivans Creek and offering a gentle rise in density from two-level townhouses up to six storeys along Northbourne Avenue.

The precinct is serviced by the Swinden St light rail stop and is surrounded by a huge range of sporting and leisure facilities. Dickson Group Centre is a short walk, ride or drive away with a host of essential services and eateries.

Residents can choose from a diverse selection of one- to four-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses, all with balconies and spacious living areas.
