Luke Jackson

With 33 years of experience in the building industry, Luke brings extensive practical knowledge and proven leadership to his role as Site Manager. Beginning his career at just 15 as an apprentice joiner, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of construction from the ground up.

Over the course of his career, Luke has progressed through the ranks, combining hands-on trade expertise with strong operational leadership and a commitment to high standards on every project. Luke has been part of the TP Dynamics team for several years, contributing his experience and leadership to the successful delivery of key projects.

In 2020, Luke was honoured with an MBA award, recognising outstanding performance within the building industry. He was named On-site Construction Manager of the Year, reflecting his commitment to excellence, safety, and quality
