Alex Shaughnessy

Alex joined TP Dynamics in 2026 having worked in the construction industry since 2012. Beginning his career as a labourer, he progressed through a variety of administrative, site-based, and supervisory roles before moving into Project Management. This diverse background has provided him with a practical understanding of construction projects from both a delivery and leadership perspective.

Alex has a strong focus on developing lasting relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. He believes successful projects are built on trust, clear communication, and collaboration. Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, Alex is committed to delivering high quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, programme performance; ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout every stage of a project.
